EYE CARE

With such busy schedules, we all need to give some extra cares for our under-eyes. Dark circles can be annoying but reducing their appearance is possible with eye creams. Eye creams can also help to minimise anti-ageing and wrinkles under the eyes, making them appear brighter and your skin, younger!

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I apply eye cream?

Apply eye cream after cleansing, toning, applying essence, ampoule, and/or serum, and after using a sheet mask, but before applying moisturiser and SPF. Follow these steps:

  • Dispense a pea-sized amount of product onto your fingertips.
  • Use your ring finger to gently dot the eye cream below your eyes, starting from the inner corner and working your way out.
  • Gently pat to encourage absorption, taking care not to rub the skin, as the area under the eyes is thin and sensitive.

Some eye creams come with custom applicators that can be used to apply the cream directly to the skin

What does eye cream do?

Eye creams are concentrated moisturisers formulated to nourish the often fragile undereye area. They tackle various concerns, such as dark circles and fine lines.

Do you put eye cream on before or after moisturiser?

We recommend applying eye cream before moisturiser, but this is not a strict rule. Feel free to apply eye cream after moisturiser if you prefer. However, avoid applying moisturiser to your undereye area, as it is not formulated for the thinner skin there and may clog pores, potentially causing milia.

Is eye cream necessary?

Whether or not to include an eye cream in your skincare routine comes down to personal preference and your specific skin concerns. However, eye creams can be very effective additions to your skincare routine if you are concerned about dark circles, wrinkles, or puffiness.
