What is the Skin Cupid Loyalty Programme and how does it work?
The Skin Cupid Loyalty Programme is our way of saying thank you to our beloved cherubs for all the love and support!
When you create an account on our website, you’re automatically enrolled and can start enjoying the perks. You’ll earn points for different activities like making purchases and referring friends. These points can then be redeemed for discounts or even free products—the more you collect, the more you save!
Plus, the more you shop with us, the more exclusive benefits you'll unlock!

How do I earn points?
As Loyalty Programme Member you can earn points in two different ways:
1. By placing orders:
You'll earn points with every purchase you make.
And to give you a warm welcome, you’ll receive 200 bonus points just for signing up—it’s our way of saying thank you for joining the community!
2. Through bonus opportunities:
There are even more ways to earn points:
- Subscribe to our mailing list – Earn 50 points and stay updated with the latest promos and launches.
- Celebrate your birthday – Share your birthday with us and we’ll send you a special gift to mark your big day!
- Follow us on social media – Connect with us on Instagram and TikTok for an easy 20 points.
- Refer a friend – Share the love! When your friend places an order, they get £5 off and you get 500 points.

What can I do with my points?
You can convert your points into discounts to enjoy immediate savings at checkout!
- Every 100 points = £1 off, with a minimum spend of £25.
If you're in the Angels or Cupids tiers, you can also trade your points for vouchers to use whenever you'd like.
Choose from three voucher options:
- £5 voucher – 450 points
- £10 voucher – 800 points
- £15 voucher – 1,200 points
🎁 Tip: Redeeming your points for vouchers gives you more value for your points, the higher the amount!
How do the tiers work?
When you join the Loyalty Programme, you start at the Cherubs level. As you shop with us, your tier will increase—unlocking more benefits and exclusive rewards!
Here’s how it works:
- Spend £300 to move up to the Angels tier
- Spend a total of £600 to reach the Cupids tier
Each time you move into a new tier, you’ll stay there for 12 months. During that time, your spending determines whether you maintain your tier, move up, or go down the following year.
Example:
You join today as a Cherub.
After 8 months, you’ve spent £300, so you move up to Angel.
Your 12-month Angel period begins, and if you spend another £300 in that time, you’ll move up to Cupid.
To stay a Cupid, you’ll need to spend £600 during your 12-month period.
If you spend less than £600, you’ll return to Angel, and if you spend less than £300, you’ll go back to Cherub.
Each tier unlocks more rewards—including exclusive offers, product redemptions, and even invitations to special VIP events!
Do my points expire?
Yes, any unused points will expire 12 months after they are earned.
Do all orders qualify for points accumulation?
Points are earned on orders placed while logged into your Skin Cupid account.
Orders placed as a guest or under a different account unfortunately, do not qualify for points.
Also, please note that cancelled, refunded, or returned orders will not earn points.
Points are awarded on the final amount paid, after any discounts or adjustments.
How do I view my point balance?
When you're logged in, you’ll see your points balance displayed at the top of the Loyalty Programme page.
How do I redeem my points?
Redeem points at checkout:
At checkout, simply select how many points you’d like to use and click “Redeem.” The discount will be applied instantly, and your order total will update accordingly.
Exchange points for vouchers:
Go to the Rewards tab on the Loyalty Programme page to view all available rewards. If you have enough points, just choose your reward and redeem it in a few quick clicks!
I placed an order, but my points haven’t appeared in my Loyalty Programme account. Why?
To ensure your points are reflected, please make sure that your order was placed while logged in to your existing Skin Cupid account.
Orders placed as a guest or under a different account unfortunately do not qualify for points.
Also, please allow a few minutes after your purchase for the system to process your activity and apply the points to your account.
What do the statuses 'Approved', 'Pending', and 'Cancelled' mean?
- Approved – These points are ready to be redeemed immediately.
- Pending – These points are being verified before they can be used. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. Once reviewed, they’ll move to either Approved or Cancelled.
- Cancelled – These points will not be added to your account. For example, if you cancel a purchase, any associated points will be marked as Cancelled.
What is the Referral Programme and how does it work?
We created our Referral Programme to help you share the love for K-beauty! When you refer a friend, they’ll receive £5 off their first order—and as a thank-you, you’ll earn 500 points to redeem on future purchases.
Here’s how it works:
- Go to our Rewards page and click on “Refer a friend” under the Earn Points section to get your unique referral link.
- Share your link with friends and family.
- When they place their first order of £25 or more using your link, they’ll get £5 off, and you’ll receive 500 points.
👉 Please note:
- The referral link can only be used by first-time customers.
- It cannot be used from the same IP address as the referrer.

Why did my account balance go down?
This usually happens when a purchase is cancelled or returned—either by you or someone you referred. In such cases, the points earned from that transaction are automatically removed from your account.
